How to Use :

Prevent the mold opening, then close the mold, pressing the concrete pole sealing rope between the upper and lower mold openings.

Causes of Slurry Leakage in Pile Joints:
A. Deformation of the steel mold, resulting in a gap between the upper and lower mold tongues and preventing them from closing completely and seamlessly with external force;
B. Incomplete cleaning of residue from the upper and lower mold tongues;
C. Cement slurry or concrete spills from the steel mold tongues after feeding (opening the mold for feeding) or capping the mold;
D. Asymmetrical tightening of bolts during mold closing and bolting;
E. Defective bolts in the mold joints;
F. Problems with the centrifuge or mold, causing mold jumping during centrifugation;
E. Concrete water seepage.
